In this two-part episode, we discuss and highlight the important roles that women have taken to support the local Church, even in positions of leadership, *GASP!* On today's episode, we are joined by a guest, Jill Fulghum. Jill was in full-time ministry for 38 years and was on staff here at Southland for 30 years. She served in a variety of roles within churches across our state; and has witnessed changes in the culture through her years of service. We are excited to have her perspective and insight on this topic.
